Though it is not necessary to read "Part One: Death Eater's Inc." to enjoy it (though that's where we first meet the evil Professor Balin; his 'pet', Isela; and the spirited Muggle nurse, Miss Robbins), I do strongly suggest you read "Part Two: The Badger and the Serpent", or you will be totally lost.
